We have achieved our revised target of £3,000 but would like to keep going so that we can make the most difference for our school's community! Therefore we have increased our fundraising goal again to £4,000. Thank you so much for your ongoing support - it really is appreciated.
We would like to thank each and everyone of you for your kind donations at this uncertain time. You are all amazing!
Woodlands School is committed to the wellbeing and support of our pupils and their families, both in and out of school. We are aware that the changes brought about by Covid-19 (Coronavirus) have had a huge impact on many of our families.
Financially, some of our families are really struggling and unable to currently provide what their family needs because of being unable to work or needing to care for a child with complex needs. Other families are unable to access the respite and support that they need to be able to maintain their wellbeing and that of their child.
We would like to raise funds to support our families who are in the greatest need. This could be via supermarket shopping vouchers or the purchase of toys and resources to enable their child to maintain their wellbeing and learning whilst at home.
If you feel able to make a contribution, it would be hugely appreciated.
Thank you all,
Deputy Head (Pastoral)
