New tablet technology for St Wilfrid's children
As a community we are all incredibly thankful to be ‘back at school’ and it’s great to see the children getting to grips with the new ‘normal’. However, like many other schools, we have been unable to raise vital funds over the last few months and potentially in the months to come. With the money you raised last year, we were able to pledge £10,000 towards the re-development of the forest school and pond area – our next goal will be to equip each year group with 15 new tablets for the children to use in class to enhance their learning.
£200 will buy one tablet
Many of our regular fundraising events have not been possible this year so with that in mind, FOSW along with Mr Hateley and the school have decided to set up an on-line crowdfunding page to help us raise the funds we need. Crowdfunding is a fantastic way to reach our fundraising target but we can’t do it without you!
