Help fund our new Science Lab!

About Argyle

Argyle Primary is a fantastic school in the heart of inner-city London, serving a diverse local community in King's Cross. Our children achieve results above the national average, overcoming huge challenges to do so: over half our pupils come from disadvantaged backgrounds and 90% learn English as an additional language. Despite this, our school has developed a strong specialism in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths (STEAM) subjects and our pupils have won national awards such as the Eden Award at the Rolls Royce Science Prize, and the Mayor's City Pitch Prize

Our Science Lab Campaign

We're a determined, passionate team - but, with government funding cuts, we need your help: Our Science Lab campaign. We're raising money to equip a brand new STEAM lab. With the help of the local council, we've converted a disused space into an amazing STEAM space to inspire our enthusiastic and successful children, but we need help to buy essential equipment and inspiring learning resources. Our target of £3,000 will be ring-fenced, dedicated funding to create a state-of-the-art laboratory.

Your support

We need you to make this vision come true. Register and donate now to make a real difference! Here are some of the things we'll spend the money on:

- £15 buys lab coats for 5 children!

- £30 buys digital scales for experiments!

- £50 buys a set of digital thermometers!

- £100 buys an engineering or electronics kit!

- £175 buys a life size skeleton model!

- £250 buys a fridge to store biology samples!

- £500 buys a 3D printer!

Any contribution would be hugely appreciated and will make a real difference to the lives of London children...you'll even get a special thank-you card from our children to express their gratitude!
